Extrusion
Les produits sont soumis à des exigences élevées en matière de qualité de traitement et de propriétés optiques. La filtration est donc un aspect important de la production et de la transformation des matières plastiques.
Nous proposons des filtres adaptés à chaque processus d’extrusion pour éliminer de manière fiable les contaminants de la matière plastique fondue. Nos pompes à engrenages optimisent en outre le processus d’extrusion, en transportant avec précision le flux de produit et en augmentant efficacement la pression de la filière afin de protéger l’extrudeuse contre l’accumulation de pression. La matière fondue est transportée de manière extrêmement uniforme à travers la filière, ce qui garantit une qualité élevée constante du produit fini (par exemple, feuilles, profilés, tubes, mousses, films soufflés ou flexibles).
