Pelletizing Training Course – Underwater Pelletizing
The MAAG PTC is a comprehensive, two-day training course covering both the theory and practice of underwater pelletizing. In addition to lectures on peripheral equipment and process technology, participants gain hands-on experience on operational pelletizing lines at the MAAG Technical Center and learn about equipment setup and maintenance.

WHY? The training combines practical, specialized lectures with an extensive hands-on component in a ratio of approximately 50:50. At the technical center in Großostheim, participants work on operational melt granulation systems and have the opportunity to immediately apply the knowledge they’ve gained in a practical setting.
The training focuses on system operation and optimal setup, material selection, safe startup of production lines, service and maintenance work, and the efficient operation of the entire pelletizing system. The goal is to provide participants with practical know-how for their daily work in production and service.
