Maintaining reliable production is essential. Unplanned machine downtime can be caused minor defects that ultimately lead to high costs. To avoid this, MAAG Group offers the System Check. In addition to avoiding unplanned production downtimes, the customer receives planning security for maintenance measures and assurance of system availability.

The systematic inspection follows a logically structured checklist and thus enable a quick and uncomplicated determination of the plant condition. After the inspection of the equipment, the customer receives a detailed report on the condition of the equipment with recommendations for any necessary preventive measures to maintain high machine availability.

Process Know How

Comprehensive process analysis is gaining enormously in importance, especially in view of rising competitive pressures and the demand for greater cost-effectiveness. Only when all the individual components of a system are ideally matched and coordinated can waste be minimized, downtimes reduced, product quality improved and production and energy costs saved. Only when all the subprocesses intermesh can an efficient overall process, with stable production and minimal unscheduled downtimes be attained.
