Discharge pumps
Components are needed in polymer processes that are able to discharge low and high-viscosity plastic melts gently from reactors and degassing systems. Thanks to their excellent filling properties and short residence times, the vacorex® and viscorex® discharge pumps from Maag are ideal for these applications. The high level of efficiency and long service life increase the overall efficiency and availability of your production plant.
The following types of gear pump are available:
- vacorex® GP, for a broad spectrum of applications involving differential pressures of up to 250 bar
- vacorex® HV, which has a 25% higher pumping volume than the GP model
- vacorex® HP, for differential pressures of up to 300 bar
- viscorex® for the lowest NPSH values and differential pressures of up to max. 100 bar
