Elastomer extrusion pumps

With its gear pumps for elastomer applications, Maag is taking gear pump performance to a new level of productivity and process technology.

High output, the tiniest tolerance deviations and rapid attainment of process stability ensure a favourable cost/benefits ratio. A specific inlet area supports the high pumping characteristics specific to gear pumps, thereby extending the process technology spectrum with regard to filling behaviour, plasticisation level and pressure build-up when processing mixtures. The operation of the extrusion line is simplified and the quality of the end product markedly improved.

Depending on the customer's application, various different types are used to achieve the best possible pumping results.
