DURO - Gentle drying of sensitive pellets at high profitability

Automatik's dryer series DURO is the world's first machine of this type on the market. It can be used with either the SPHERO^® underwater or the USG strand pelletizing system. Developed primarily for difficult compounds, for example, glass-fiber reinforced or highly filled materials, it can achieve residual moisture levels of less than 0.1 %. With few moving parts, the DURO suffers almost no wear and thus affords considerable cost savings. Frequent product changes are possible due to very easy and quick cleaning options. Best of all, the DURO can be retrofitted into existing pelletizing systems.
