Maag-Automatik Plastics Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was originally founded in 1993 as sales and service office for Automatikg pelletizers. By offering local rotor resharpening and repair service, the subsidiary gained more and more importance in the Asian area.

Today, the Shanghai location is the Maag Group's centre of excellence for manufacturing of BAOLI strand pelletizers as well as a full service facility that includes field service, spare parts, customer training, repair and resharpening services.
