PWS Process water system
The PWS process water system is suitable for use with both SPHERO® underwater pelletizing systems and USG underwater strand pelletizing systems. It fulfills the following functions:
- Collecting of the process water and feeding it at the required pressure to the individual locations of consumption
- Cooling of the process water
- Separating dust and contaminations from the process water
The filter medium will be chosen according to the needs of your individual application pelletizing system, be it drawer filter, curved sieve, inclined screen, bag filter, vibration filter sieve or belt filter system.
All PWS process water systems can be retrofitted into existing pelletizing systems.
