SRK/FRU Classifiers

The FRU or SRK classifiers are used for separating spears, spelts, chains, oversizes and multiples from plastic pellets. Classifiers of the FRU type will first separate fines, then over-sized particles – both operations being performed on the same deck level. Classifiers of the SRK-I-C and SRK-I-V type have been designed for separating oversized particles both in virgin polymer and compounding applications. The SRK-II-V types are used for separating oversizes and fines in any operation of plastics pelletizing.
